What payment methods can I use?
Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All charges are in USD.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to modify something, contact us right away at info@garagre.com or call +1 646-348-0925, and we’ll do our best before the package ships.
When is my payment charged?
Your payment method is charged at the moment you place your order.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous U.S. No minimum purchase is needed.
When will I get my package?
After 1–2 business days of processing, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track it online.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return most items. They must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. For defective or damaged items, send us photos and we’ll provide a free return label and a full refund.
Do I pay for return shipping?
No. Returns are completely free. We send you a prepaid label, and there are no restocking fees.
How do I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 1–2 business days. It may take 7–10 additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. The best way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item and place a new order.

No. You can check out as a guest. All order updates will go to the email you provide.
