Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something doesn’t work out, here is exactly how returns and refunds are handled.

When You Can Return an Item
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. After that window, we are unable to accept the item back.

Condition of the Item
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Not marked as “Final Sale” or “non-returnable”

If an item shows signs of wear, damage from use, or missing packaging, we may not be able to accept the return.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective product or something that arrived damaged due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us right away at info@garagre.com. Send us a couple of clear photos, and we will provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, a full refund will be issued – no cost to you.

Return Shipping Cost
All returns within the contiguous U.S. are completely free. We supply a prepaid return label, and there are no restocking fees whatsoever.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@garagre.com with your order number and let us know which item(s) you’d like to send back.
  2. We will reply with a prepaid return shipping label, usually within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier location indicated on the label.

Getting Your Refund
After your return package is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. The refund itself is processed within 1–2 business days after approval.

  • All refunds go back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Once we’ve processed the refund, it may take another 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to show the credit on your statement.
  • Some financial institutions may show the refund as a pending transaction before it officially clears.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order on garagre.com.
