Shipping Policy

At Garagre, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read on for details about processing, delivery, and costs.

Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • The daily cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed before that time begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing usually takes 1–2 business days – this is when your items are carefully picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery Time
Once your package has shipped, it typically arrives within 3–5 business days to most locations. Remote or rural addresses within the contiguous U.S. may occasionally take an extra business day.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is completely free on every order – no minimum purchase is required.

Carriers
We work with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier for your order is chosen based on your location and the fastest available service option.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as your package is on its way. Tracking links can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Delays
While we do our best to keep things on time, Garagre is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect address information. If you experience a delay, please contact us and we will help.
